**** that's not bad at all I dropped a 50lb weight on my ring finger a week ago and now it is fine. Yours doesn't look bad I just iced it and then took a day off and then did legs because I couldn't hold the weight with my right had.
Ice
ice ice baby!!
I was expecting to see a pic that looked like a hotdog smashed by a hammer. I saw one once where a guy droped an atlas stone on his toe.. not pretty. Nothing to worry about there. Sometimes I'll pop the bloodblister with a pin, try to get some rubbing alcohol in there, then bandaid it.

yea its a blood blister thats it nothing toworry about right?should i pop it then ice it?or just ice
Thats nothing, just use ice to stop the swelling/reduce the pain, and if it gets worse see a doctor :)
Its just a little blood blister, take a needle and pierce it then squeeze out all the blood until it is flat and flesh colored. After this it barely hurts anymore.

Ice than pop.
Smashed my finger in between the hexagonal bells of two 50lb dumbbells once. I iced it for a few days and it was better in no time. I would suggest an anti inflammatory also.
