i hit 145 x 25 a bit ago.
so like 30-35?

meh thats not that bad. i can only do 150 15 times well i stopped at 15, really you need a spotter to hit your absolute max reps.
everytime i go to the gym i warm up with bp started out doing 135 x 18, then 135 x 23, then 135x25 tomorow i will try to get 1 or 2 more reps in.
Probably 1 - 3 times but i've never tried that high lol.
with rest pause i could go all day baby
I RM'd 245 about a month ago? My guess is 30 times. I did 155 18 times when my max was 205, so 30 is my guess!
I'm not to sure tbh. I do 3x15 at 135

this. 315 is probably around 225x12-15ish range
Like 7 reps.
135? never actually have done it... never really try these burnout reps on lightweight tbh
