Hey Mr. Im to good to read the post in its entirety, I said cooked.
I go to that website all the time and they didn't have what I was looking for. I may be wrong but please show me on their website where a cooked 8OZ chicken breast is. I will assume you knew enough that I did mean skinless and boneless, I do hope I am not assuming to much though.

Ok, my bad then.
www.fitday.com go there and tell me what you find.

Just out of curiosity, how big is 8 oz? I'm trying to figure out portion sizes, and I never have any idea how much chicken I'm eating. I usually stick with pieces that are [before cooking] as big as my hand [which is fairly small, about 5 inches from wrist to top of index finger and 3 inches wide...]
Is that about 8 oz? Haha, I honestly have no idea. D'oh.

I've heard that a portion of meat about the size of a deck of cards is a good reference for a 3 oz serving.

8 oz is one "half" of the full double breast. So basically one breast, roughly.
