Hello Everyone!
I am Bernadett Matassa. As you all know ... As an IFBB PRO athlete my life is around nutrition , exercising and heath.
I love to compete and absolutely passionate about what I do , the best part of my life is still my job..
CHANGING LIVES.... FOR GOOD! :)
I love transforming people's body,mind and health.. I've been on this field for over 12 years. I've seen , experienced, learned a lot and I still do every day.
I started out very chubby as a teenager and I've tried everything until I found the "GOLDEN MIDDLE WAY" to GET into shape and STAY in shape as well! Hard work and clean eating habits... That's all you need!
In this thread I would like to show you all how I work with my "troopers", athletes, moms, everyday folks, elderly people, children on the daily basis to be do their BEST and change theirs lives FOREVER!! :)
I hope to receive lot's of questions so I can brainstorm and help you all with my best knowledge to reach your individual goals.

She is one of my troopers who works really hard to transform her body and change her lifestyle.
I started to train her one year ago and she is down 90 pounds since... She is the person who never exercised before... At least not with weights... The hardest part was to get her show up on our sessions weekly.. lol
She has developed a lot of healthy habits since we started. She cut waaaaaaay back on sugar and "junk food"... She is doing pretty good on cardio but not nearly as good as I want her to...
She is a fighter and very competitive with others. I only have to say "you can't do it" and 100% she will get it done no matter what.. (reverse psychology)
She has been slacking a little in the past couple of month so I am going to make her start to write a journal again and go strong on a NEw Year resolution...
I'll ask her to create a profile here on BodySpace as well and make sure keep you all posted about the challenges of her journey to the perfect body.. :)

She is a typical example of the "trying to loose that last 5-10 pounds"...
Actually she is very athletic,gains muscle very easily however she likes her "wine and cheese" too much.
She has a tight body already and great gluts . The only part of her body she is not crazy about is her stomach area... As we all know to be able to get rid of that problem is DIET DIET and more DIET!! She started to realize no matter how much cardio or resistant training she does without a strict diet her body will hold on to that body fat for "safety"... It would be different if she has over a 100 pounds to lose but she doesn't. You have less to lose harder it is...
We found a mission for her. PHOTO SHOOT in March... If she really wants those photos she will work for it harder than ever and I am going to help her until the end.

One of my favorite AND most challenging client.... :)
I would love to see her loosing at least a 100 pounds by the summer....
She has a very unique personality. She's worked with great trainers before I met her. She KNOWS how to diet and how much work it is to get into shape also she trains really hard!! (When she shows up. LOL )
SHE IS JUST NOT DOING IT!!!!
At least not for long enough to see awesome results. She does wonderful for 2 weeks drops 15 pounds then just have a bad meal and gives it up... I hope she will understand soon that 1 bad meal is OK!!!! You just have to get back on the wagon the next day and you will be fine...
She is young, healthy and she is totally in the age when she can change her whole life around before the extra weight would start to cause her health issues.
We also try to work around a lot of Joint problems with her.. She has some knee,low back and foot problems. These should be all solved by dropping some of that extra weight.
Follow her journey and try to keep her on the road until she gets back into shape! :)
