Anyway to get rid of a caffeine high faster?

For some reason, caffeine doesn't agree with me anymore..and I don't even drink it regurally.. maybe once a week..if that.

Had a small Dunkin Donuts coffee like 5hours ago.
Did cardio afterwards..figured I'd use the extra energy then.

Past 2hours I've been feeling nauseas..now my heart is going like 90miles an hour..kind of hard to breathe.. Also had green tea extract..guess that might've made it worse.

This happened before too..thats kind of why I don't have it often. I tried drinking extra water thinking it might flush it out faster.. nope. I already drank 1/2 gallon today. Anything else i can do? Besides never drink it again.

just keep drinking alot of water

sounds like you over dosed on the caffeine, drink tons of water and get out and do something to take your mind off of it.

I wish i had a tollerance for caffein as low as that, today i've had like 3 mediums and 3 extra larges. before workin out i'll pop another 200mgs, and have no problem being asleep by 11
