How to do a GHR?
I knew my hamstrings were a weak point but today at a new gym equipped for GHR I tried it and couldnt even do one!
Pretty much all hamstring exercises I try I can't feel it in my hamstrings and they don't get any stronger. Squats and good mornings are the only ones who (moderately) seem to work my hamstrings.
I have heard so much praises over GHRs I was excited to do them at the new gym..but if I can't even do one...how can I work up?

Have you tried Romanian dead lifts. That puts a beating on my hams.

To be fair mate don't get disheartened they're hard as fuk if your doing them properly and not swinging and using momentum, use a band to make it easier at the bottom

OP- does the gym have those huge inflatable rubber balls? If so put that in front of you and use it to "cheat" until you build up your hams.
