Why would you stall by starting stronglifts 5x5 by lifting heavy in the first few weeks?
I mean I can squat 120kg for 1. So I'd get 100kg for 5 reps easy would I benifit starting with just the barbell and gaining my way back up to where I am right now in about 12 weeks time or would I just be wasting my time. Strong lifts suggests starting with the barbell than lifting too heavy..
