I wanna lose all my body fat and look like a stick blowing in the wind at around 150 pounds estimates tell me a year but I wanna do it quicker like 6 months if thats possible, I try to eat a low sodium fast food free diet of 1500-2000 calories a day high in carbs and fat and kinda low-moderate in protein.
My diet consists of potato chips and hot pockets, anything I can throw in the microwave is game.
