Yo! I'm 18 and work out 3x a week (going to increase this soon) but don't do any cardio which probably explains my lack of fitness.
My resting heart rate is between 70-75 and I really want it between 50-60 does this mean that all i need to do is cardio on the off days?
Does cardio in general just reduce your HR over time?
Lets assume i do a 30 minute jog every off day, would this be beneficial?
