Mass-gainer with low sugar and carb (reps)
I'm looking for a Mass-Gainer/MRP that is low in sugar and low in carbs so that I can take it daily as meal replacement, something with added glutamine, aminos and such. I heard Pro Complex Gainer was great, MHP Up your mass was great. So far Pro Complex and Lean Body Mass have low sugar and carb content with 60g of protein. Anyways reps to all, I'm looking to consume this two-three times a day with my 3 whole food meals to hold my calorie balance.
