My diet was around 2200 calories for most of the challenge. To be honest that was a couple hundred calories low and I probably should have ate a little bit more.

Thanks! My starting weight was 213 and my ending weight was 181.

Thanks man. I spread my meals out threw the day. They consisted of a lot of oatmeal, tuna, eggs, and chicken. As for the protein shake it doesn't really matter when you drink them. I drank 2 a day just to help hit my protein marcos.

It took me around 1 year and 9 months to get to 213, it was kinda a bulk that got out of control. I wasn't counting my marco's and as a result I put on a a lot of fat.

As a martial arts instructor, my cardio mostly consisted of 30-45 minutes of sparring or Jujitsu.
