20 min cardio workout burning 300 calories?
I found an article in an old issue of Muscle & Fitness Hers with cardio workouts that claim to burn 300 calories in 20 minutes. I tried out the workouts that don't involve machines and I was sweating a lot by the time I was done but I'm wondering, are 300 calories really being burned? I entered 20min intense aerobic into TheDailyPlate and it says about 115 calories were burned. Here are the workouts:

Move immediately from one exercise to the next, or rest a few seconds between exercises if necessary by marching in place--just don't stop moving.
