I'm starting my stim break Tom. And realizing amino ammo has a good amount of all this stuff. I'm going to do 2 scoops pre workout along with 3 scoops con-cret.

I don't have too much experience with that. I know Hemavol has it in its ingredients. I want to try that stacked with Craze. You can get 10 samples for 9.99 on iForce's site, but there also is a $4.99 shipping fee. You can also get 10 samples of Maximize Intense for the same price also, basically 10 samples of each with $4.99 total shipping. Getting both the shipping isn't too bad.
I did a bottle of Agmatine as long as you ate a lot of carbs before the pumps blew me Away. I really want to stack CM alone.

Right I usually make 4 days. I think I can make it as work is slow So I can sleep in and work out later like 11 some days.

Still a good session though. RB even did some arms this weekend, shocking! lulz.
Finishing with those poundstones using the FatGripZ would have given you a huge pump and I'm impressed with a 25 and then a 20 rep set! Nice work getting those arms up to 16" Raigs!

-I worked a party yesterday. I was loading the truck and It was slippery and Boom I went down Smashed my back on a stone wall and my bad knee took everything and saved me from falling even farther so Thats a little stiff as well. I've been feeling a deload too man. Enjoy it. When you say 95x8x2 are those 8 sets of 2 rep db shoulder presses? If so...you cant call that a deload...thats intense.
