strained rhomboid
i pulled my rhomboid about 1 week ago doing tricep pressdowns and it got a little better but whenever i lift heavy weight or do shrugs when i left the bar up it strains my injured rhomboid a bit should i continue to do this or just let it heal fully?

Let it heal, take a week or 2 off then see what happens, its not worth hurting it further.

How long did yours take to heal. How much time did you take off from the gym? What kind of pain did you have?

Take a week or two off so it can heal fully. Luckily, taking periodic breaks can be beneficial for gains.
