- Brb Ian McCarthy's advice is BS because he looks like he doesnt even lift, but when someone more aesthetic than them (Matt Ogus) back Ian, they say its because of genetics
- Lui Marco often gloats about how he eats Ice cream during a cut, but when Ian says eating pop tarts while maintaining a caloric deficit and hitting your macros, will make you lose wait, Lui Marco says its impossible to get lean with poptarts.
- Brb, 10 meals a day, no simple carbs except post workout, no carbs at night, if you dont drink protein 30 min after your workout, you miss the window. Lolwut, are we back in the 90s?

they say deadlift is a dangerous exercice, while for a noob, its probably the exercice that will yield the best results and give your body a good platform to build upon.

They have fuked up backs and they prolly go through hell everyday trying to function normally, they have great physiques from not doing deads so they are basically saying you dont need to do deadlifts AND coming from people with fuked up lower backs that live in pain everyday they are advising you that it is a dangerous exercise and once you fuk up your back its never the same. Also, the problem is that they pick out on Ian for no reason, while he gives knowledgeable stuff. If the average Joe applied what Ian says, he'd be better than what the hodge ******* preach, and that is real life.
