Yes i wouldnt have any protein shakes. stick to real foods. Protein shakes can sometimes lead to bloating and most are derived from dairy products.
It's completely individual. The only thing I've ever cut out is dairy and diet soda on Wed during peak week.
That's it, everything else stays.
