Sorry I added this to the wrong section, I meant to put it in the nutrition section. I drink about 6 to 7 "8 oz" glasses of skim milk a day. I only drink them when I add my protein whey to them though. Is it possible that its adding stomach fat?

is this a serious question?
skim milk obviously has no fat, but it has carbs. an excess of carbs will definitely get you fat. i highly doubt skim milk is your problem though. keep drinking up.

Also, that's a lot of calcium. Could contribute to kidney stones down the line.
7 protein shakes per day?
Seem a bit much to me.
You know you can actually eat some calories too. Some people prepose drinking a gallon of milk per day when on strength gaining programs but you will put on some fat along with them muscle.
If you want to lose weight then 7 glasses might be a bit much.
nutrition section me ol' mucker
Well I only want to lose my gut. Im already a fairly skinny person.[QUOTE=crupiea;436253271]7 protein shakes per day?

If you're "skinny" AND have a gut there's a lot of stickies on the forums that might suite you well. Start with learning about basic diets. I don't think anyone would recommend 7 protein shakes per day.
The trick to losing weight is to eat less calories than you burn... not to consume as many protein shakes as possible each day.
bye bye kidneys.
