Well what would it be?
The basics for a 16 year old.
BCAA would be my top choice personally after the basics.
lol
Stick with Protein, Creatine, BCAA, Multi vitamin(I would reccomend Animal Pak), dude you are 16, unless you are a pitutary dwarf you are going to grow like a weed if you follow a good high protein diet, drink 1-1.5 gals of water a day, and get plenty of sleep.
3-4 whole food meals/2 Mass Meal per day/2 GF Pro per day w/ 5g cee in divided doses :)
Creatine.
Chicken
steak, ground beef (93/7 of course), chicken and gargantuan amounts of fish( i do love my fish!) those worked great for me.
edit: and OATS for Never2cut, happy now? lol

I agree, real food above all. I'd add oats to that list as well. Otherwise only other product I use that is supposed to promote muscle growth is creatine, which is now a staple among most here.

umm... he's asking about the most powerful supplement YOU'VE ever tried. not the best supplement he should take.
so answer his question - what was the most powerful supplement you've ever tried?
Chicken.
look. he's asking about supplements. not food. how would you like it if you were asking for a good food to eat and he said CEE or something dumb like that?
answer his question for god's sake.
i'd have to say creatine monohydrate for me. then again creatine and whey were the only good supps i took.
i did Nitrix for 10 weeks, and it didn't do anything for me at all apart from make my wallet smaller.
i also did Tribulus for about 6 weeks. it didn't make me bigger or stronger, just very sexually frustrated, lol.
he's asking about supplements. not food.
Seriously, its getting old.
I would tell you, but your only 16
Ask me in about 5 years
72 OZ Steak finish it in an hour and a half you get it for free and you get steroid like effects
:D just stick to multivitamin some protein powder and some BULK CREATINE let the testosterone do most of the stuff for you just make sure you DIET and WORKOUTPLAN are good and remember PATIENCE is the key to bodybuilding :D

unfortunatly he, as you are, is 16 years old. supplements are not designed or researched for teenagers that are still growing and developing. there for most ppl will not suggest SUPPLEMENTS for teenagers. so knock down the attitude a bit there when ppl are telling the 16 year old to stay away from supps and get real food.
Believe me bro supps can help but NOTHING can get in the way of TRAINING your HEART out CONSISTENTLY...
Food gets old yeah but thats what guys are having to eat actually FORCE-FEED from when they wake up to when they sleep to stay over 240+ pounds...
i understand, im in the same position, but we do grow like weeds when we have analyzed all factors to massive growth...
Sleep
Training
Eating
Hydration
Supplements
...( Factors from CL Website )...
Creatine if you really want to and a GOOD mass gainer protein

As stated in the post you quoted, he did not ask anyone to suggest a supplement for him, he asked what the most powerful muscle building supplement you have ever tried is.

Whoa guys slow down. I wasn't asking what the best supplement I should take is. I just wanted to know what SUPPLEMENTS you guys have had the best luck with and what in your honest opinion was the most powerful.

joe weiders anabolic mega pack!!
Well I see "Joel" is one of the top dopes from this site. I dont think I have seen him answer anything. All I see him say is "if you need to know these questions your not ready" & "your to young to be trying anything"
Anyways, to answer the question "that was asked"........
I havent used to many but the one that has worked "best" for me now is "Blitz Cycle" by Fizogen. Its not necessarily anabolically strong , its just effective. I get great pumps from this supplement.

Muscle and Fitness magazine.
When I was your age I would buy these types of periodicals and learn from the printed word and be motivated by the photographs to train and eat. Today I enjoy the benefits of all the attention whenever I'm out in public, and often I think back to the time I started as a kid with plastic weights filled with concrete. There was not 1 single supp. available at the time other than food. Eat until you are on the verge of puck then have dessert. Train like a boxer lift like a monster. Don't drink and drive and you will always be a man among boys.
supplements can't physiologically add muscle, only calories can

Absolutely! and thank you Joel. I did not have access to roids in 1979 when I was 16 but I wish I did!....now I'm lol like you hehe. We did it old fashion. Food/weights/cardio. What I find "very interesting" is I don't have a problem recommending these principals to any young lifter as well as attempting to disuade one from starting supps/roids etc.at a young age.
Whey Protein + N02 + Creatine = Win.
