Hey guys, I currently take 100% optimum whey and im looking at adding some creatine into the equation to help add to my mass/gains I have mass xxx but i dont think it fits a guy with some experience... in essence idt it will be as effective as a creatine. Which creatine is the best to take for my needs? (straight up musle gain and strength gains)? Any other supps i should b taking? Keep in mind that im 16.
