I was considering cutting, I am thinking I am starting to get to the stage where I can cut and look decent.
How come you are 6'3 and have such short biceps? Or it only looks like that in the photos?

Basic bodybuilding 3 day split
started about a year and half ago
no strict diet at all
protein and pre workout.
forearms lookin good, anything in particular you hit them with?

between 17-18. To be fair though I think my chest/shoulders are proportionate.
Good progress man, impressive arms for being 6'3. My strength is progressing but my biceps/triceps/arm is pretty much staying the same size. I would say around 16% BF.

Back is developing really well. If i were you i'd try and cut a bit. but thats just me. I'd say bf is at a 13-15?
