Week 3 186
161.6lbs
I will be updating early this week, Friday in the Am (Thursday US time) as I'm spending Xmas in Bangkok and won't be home til the 28th. I'll probably gain, gf has an oven (atypical in Thailand) so we plan on baking and drinking mulled wine.
Update for week 3: 160 lbs
Weighed in this morning at 150.8! First party I was pretty bad went over my cals easy with 4 drinks and lots of yummy food and snacks. Popcorn is my kryptonite. But was good and compensated the next day and at next party had under target. Was easier as the second party was alcohol free.
Any way have heavy day, test day of all pro tomorrow so will eat more over my target today and try to get lots if rest.
Anyone else doing IF or the all pro routine?
Oh make sure you update your weights and check out the charts in the other tabs of the sheet...
Have been 151.6 past couple of days but weekend is here and going to be tough one. Have work Holiday party tonight then another holiday party tomorrow night. Gonna keep it in my daily allowance and at least maintain over the weekend.
Hope I'm not too late! I honestly started Dec 1st :D
Height: 5"11 - 180cm
Weight: 226lbs / 103kg (Weighed on Dec 1st, haven't checked now)
Goal Weight: 198lbs / 90kg (By March 1st)
198.5
I had a setback of a week. Visited my college town for graduation so I had a few drinks and went out to eat several times. Looking to rebound starting today
383 lbs this morning... Another 4.6 lbs bite the dust!
Hey Moody sorry you had a set back but just gives you more drive for next week!
This has shown a limitation of my sheet. a known limitation just wasnt expecting it to be highlighted so early ;). I have to add some more smarts to alow for increase in weight. Currently just takes the mininum value across the weeks but this of course won't account for any gains. I think I know how to fix just have to figure it out in google spreadsheets.

Weight as of this morning was 206.6. Cruising right along. Coming down with a cold today though, so I may eat at maintenance and not work out for a few days.

hello everyone?
ı hope all you going great in this adventure, 3 months "strict and super" transformation!
ı am doing great till today, ı am doing 45 minutes cardio, strict diet...
wait for me march
week 3 check in = 233
Worked perfect... Was trying to figure out how to do a relative reference based on week number in B1, but this works much better!
Used to working in Excel so this was fun trying to figure some of tricks out in google spreadsheets.
Let me know if you have any other suggestions!
As an IT guy I have to say, your spreadsheet looks pretty spiffy - nice!
Try using an index function for current weight - min is nice but you want to return the last value, not necessarily the lowest :)
=INDEX(H3:S3,1,COUNT(H3:S3))
=INDEX(H4:S4,1,COUNT(H4:S4))
etc
starting week 3 at 170.4
Uhh. Did not have the best weekend diet wise.
259.
Monday Morning peoples... Only 20 updates so far out of 100 participants! Keep them coming get your numbers in ;)
Good work all those that did, especially those that lost or maintained :)
missed the weigh in yesterday but was 204 soooo .4lbs loss :/
Well after much thought and consideration my cut was officially over yesterday at 0630 hours. I have been cutting for 6 months and my body is flat done with losing weight. I will b reviving an old thread of my with progress pics and stats. I will also continue to post in here bc i will probably continue losing some weight while transitioning into eating at maintenance. Good luck for the rest of the cutters!!!
Down to 200.2 lb this morning, which really makes me think i was holding some water weight on my last weigh-in. However, it feels great to be on tract to hit my goal of 180
Alright alright alright, been working hard this week, down to 217.8

You're welcome. You could set B1 to a count for your own entries instead of hard coding it. 1 less thing to remember/update. You're row 76, so =COUNT(H76:S76)
Done!

Start: 215
week1: 207
Current: 207
This weeks loss: 0
Total Loss: 8lbs
Big week coming up right before the holidays. Don't lose sight of the goals in exchange for some egg nog and Christmas cookies. Stay strong everyone and lift hard.
Start: 145lbs
Week 1: 142lbs
Week 2: 144lbs
Carbs were too low in week 1 and I had to increase them/overall calories, deficit too much (I am nursing a 6 week old and my supply was becoming affected). I hope a higher carb intake will help me lose but not put that at risk.
Update:
234lbs.
Feel like its just water weight. I can already start to see changes in the mirror. I was sick last week though and it really affected my diet. Back on the LG track though and my workouts are still solid.
