I need a pair of straps I wanna use them to do front squats mostly.
I need them for heavy shrugs. I can handle heavy deads for one or two reps.
Thanks punky! I have been trying to cook healthier foods at work. Your giving me some ideas in your log.
Took off again today from the gym. Pt was intense. Last day ever I hope she cleared me! I get to start squatting again. I'm excited and get to start on the smith machine.

you can try and let the bar rest on your shoulders and keep it in place with your hands, however those would help!

Pritch I'm thinking about opening a Jewish deli across the street from a cinagage(spelling). It's a great dream a hard one but if it's right it will be awesome.
Matz I try to avoid restaurants I'm to picky
Have you worked in a restaurant before?
Yeah. Right now I'm working on idea to start something in the church (very limited hours) and eventually move out to a building.
I've eaten at quite a few.
I agree. Learning all the budget stuff is the hard part for me. I've always been bad with math. I hope you get it down and move up to a executive chef.
Pritch I would love to see what you can do trough your church. You already have the people. Offer up some breakfast and lunch before and after church I'd bet you get a lot of business

From what I've seen, whatever you spend for a certain dish you multiply by 4, or .25 (i think). So if you buy steaks at 2.99 a pound you charge $12-13.
What I'm looking to do is to have two choices every Saturday for a month - the same two choices for that whole month. I'd try to cook it and present it at the highest quality (plating, presentation, etc) and dress up the church to make it look like a nicer type restaurant (tough to do as we're in our basement and it's a small building :p). After doing this for a year or two and getting a menu based from that I might look into "expanding". My hope is to have 2-3 signature dishes for each meal (an appetizer, dinner, dessert, salad, soup, lunch plate, and breakfast platter).
The ministry side of it would be that people could pay how much they think the dish is worth, and if someone can't pay then they get a free meal and hopefully feel like they just went out and had a nice time at a "good" restaurant.
