Do u need to do flys for a good chest?
No.
Need? No.
gay motion is gay
Let's just say that I've never done a single dumbbell fly in my life yet I always get young men telling how my chest "looks nice" and "sits so high". You'd think they were talking about a girl's ass.

cable flys are better methinks.
Continuous resistance on cables, vs. no resistance at the top of the movement for db flys.
flyes really feel good at the end of my chest workout to get an extra stretch and burn, i never go heavy or anything i just focus on form, really slow and squeeze my pecs together
feelsgoodman!
Necessary? No. But that being said, technically no single exercise is necessary to develop a muscle. Is it a good exercise? Definitely. I love db flys!
Not required, but it's a very good exercise.
DB flys are the single most worthless exercise on the planet IMO. I always told myself that if I ended up doing them for any reason, I might as well off myself.
everyone who doesnt do dumbbells flyes prob doesnt do them correctly. it took me a while to really feel a fly the way it should be felt in the chest.
i think flyes are great
