we built a platform out of wood, covered it with a gym mat and sunk four eye bolts into it. we put one loop of the minis through one eyebolt and connect the ends to the other using a carabiner. we end up with 4 lengths of band over the bar. we're calculating the tension somewhere between 90 and 100lbs per side, so quadded minis are doing 180-200 at lockout.
words are so not helpful when describing these setups, I'll try to grab a video next time.
it gets intense pretty fast.

Sounds like a good setup....I was hoping there was a more simple way to do it. I'll have to stick with traditional deads, rack pulls, defecit pulls, and reverse bands when I start back to deadlifting.

if you have a power rack that you're doing rack pulls out of you can double purples around the bottom of the rack and pull against those.
went to the Post Office, they confirmed package was delivered. someone probably stole it, although what anyone else would do with powerlifting gear I don't know.
so not only am I out $340 (which I'm not that mad about actually), I missed out on 3 weeks of training in new gear.

Are you in a Rage X for the "lighter" sets? If so does it screw you up at all? Reason I ask is I have a loose Rage X and should be getting my Katana today and would like to warm up in the Rage X and then switch to the K for the working sets.

nope, i use my katana for everything, the only time i tried the rage x the left sleeve separated from the chest plate under 475.
