Im 135 pounds and was wondering if this was enough to gain weight?
Big bowl of froot loops in the morning + fruits = 400 calories
Protein bar/Snacks during/between classes = 200 extra calories
Lunch after classes(2 quarter pound beef burgers with tomatoes and salad + 230 calorie bag of barbecue chips + 200 calories in soda/powerade) = 1200 calories
Another snack = 200 calories
Dinner(sandwiches + milk) = 500 calories
