are you guys frauding or what. see so many sigs/ people saying they are deadlifting 400+ and their bench is like 215.
here are my best lifts. all are between 160-170 body weight
bench 275
squat 315
deadlift 345
clean 230
i see guys have sigs like this
bench 205
squat 325
deadlift 455
am i doing it wrong?
