How?? I bench once a week, so that would be 3 or 4 times left this month, meaning I'll have to put on like 2.5 kg each time?? I hardly put on 1 kg :/

10 measly kg is nothing, **** I don't even go up any less than 5kg each side when going for a PR, mainly because I cba to go find the 2.5s / 1.25s.

lol i was writting about this in my journal.
i couldnt find the 2.5lb and 5lb plates, they were all being used.
so i used the 11lb plate and i couldnt get my 4th rep i was aiming for.

it's not a program it's called food and training with heavy weights and lower reps
if your lifts are not going up, you need to eat more, usually it is that simple
question.. if my bench is about 160.. 165 max... is it possible to bench over 200 in 8 months? (im 182lbs.. and growing)

absolutely. if you do a variety or chest and tri workouts, you'll deffinately see results. key word there, variety. if you keep doing the same routine you're more likely to hit a plateau. just keep working hard and eat like crazy

ya I'm doing the BFS work outs for football.. the cool things about this is that every week its diff.. it goes from heavy lifts with like 3 reps each to a week thats like.. 8 reps 8reps 5.. or something like that with not so heavy weight ( talking about core lifts here) to a week like... 10 6 3.. with a variety of weight. I was just worried I wouldn't get mass with this alternating.. even if im eating around 3000-4000 calories.
