I weigh 155 and im trying to put on 15 to 20 pounds for next years football season. I want to do this while keeping my body fat at about 10%. I don't want to lose my abs. I want to put on lean muscle and get stronger. I was thinking about taking one scoop with water post-workout and 1 scoop with water before i go to sleep. I was wondering if this would be a good idea. Any help would be appreciated.
