Rate my body (PICS)
Ok so i need u guys to critic my body in terms of size, fat and proportion.
I am currently on a clean bulk, 4-5 day split (depends on what days i have rugby practice) and do rep ranges between 8-10.
Ok................GO!
(Dont know how to pose properly) one pec only looks bigger cause of the way my one arm is apart, my pecs are pretty even.

Thanks a lot man. I have been working out since i was young, but only with body weight (push ups, pullups, dips) and im fortunate for my parents to be a bit of health freaks so iv always ate well in my house...I started training properly with weights and all about a year ago and picked up 21 pounds. I am quite lean as i have to do rugby at my school which is a lot of cardio, but i just lift hard, eat well and rest..

Looking good bro. U r pretty lean so I'd say clean bulk would be a good idea now to put on some size.

very nice biceps and shoulders, pecs good as well. Just need to keep adding mass, triceps look weaker then bis, so work on those. But very good for seventeen, keep it up man. Eat big to get big

Looking good. Nothing looks like it's lagging particularly much. You just need to keep doing whatever you're doing and get bigger, bigger, bigger. :)

need more mass, not black & white photos and a lot of work on poses. also, do not stand so close to the cam lol

Thanks for all the comments and criticism, i know i really need to work on my poses, but im not really working out for bodybuilding purposes yet.
I am currently only eating clean foods.
Breakfast: Oats, 1 scoop protein/4 eggs(1 yolk, 4 whites)
Snack: penut butter sandwich
Lunch: Rice tuna/potato tuna (or chicken)
snack: penuts glass of milk
Lunch2: RIce chicken breasts + fruit
Post workout: 3 scoops protein shake
Supper: whatever mom makes (rice, potato, pasta, veggies, red or white meat)
Before bed: block of feta cheese and table spoon penut butter.
