Ed Coan Bench Press Cycle Calculator (link)
In case you don't know, Ed Coan is a powerlifting legend. His lifts are some of the best, although he's a known steroid user. Here's a video (complete with Motorhead soundtrack :D) of him in case you're not familiar:

Anyway, as a powerlifter, his goal is, of course, strength, and he's one of the strongest guys around. Here's a link to his workout program calculator:

Type in your max bench and the calculator will give you all the numbers necessary for a 12-week cycle Ed Coan-style. The cycle strongly resembles a classic periodization program in that it has the rep ranges for, roughly, hypertrophy, strength, power, and peak phases.
Note that everything is done in only 2 sets. Kinda intriguing that he made so much progress following such a simple plan, although I'm not naive enough to think this is the only program he's ever followed.
Finally, although the calculator says "Bench Press Training Cycle," it can be applied to squat and deadlift as well. Just type in your maxes for these exercises and you're set. Cycles like this aren't really exercise-specific, so I don't even know why they called it the "Bench Press" cycle.
