Here is a comparison of the nutritional information. These Rexall Sundown brand caps compare perfectly to Optimum Fish oil caps. Would you take these fish oil caps as your source of EFA's? They are only 2 dollars for 50 caps.

isnt everythin in the dollar store a dollar, so technically shouldnt that be free?
might wanna check the expiration date cause lots of things like that are about to expire which is why u get it so cheap... now if after the expiration date will the stuff still be effective i dont know... maybe someone does
$2 for 50 caps isn't even a good deal.

yea, Optimum is 100 for 3.49.
Sam's Club - 300 for $6.something!!!
Alot of those off brands may be cheaper...but they often leave you with the taste of fish in your mouth all day long.

That's why I liked the KAL brand... cheap and no fishy aftertaste...
GNC 17.99 for 360 caps, same price per cap
i get mine at the local shopping centre, 24 bucks australian for 400 caps
and 32 bucks for 360/120 fishoil/glucosamiane (sp?)
as a pack
Rexall is a good brand, they make a NO product that is very reasonably priced also
They are well before the expiration date. Would taking these as my source of EFA's be okay? The store is right near my house so it would be convenient. Would GNC fish oil caps be better?
most of my supporting supplements for my SD were Rexall....good company!
