What about chest supported row instead?

never got results from those either
bb rows, one arm db rows, seated cable rows, lat pulldown are my preferred exercises
It depends. I do them almost exclusively. I keep getting stronger but not larger. The deciding factor is on you and your diet. I don't eat enough to get big but if you eat enough and do weighted chins yes you will gain mass.
weighted chins ftw
Chin ups, Pull ups and Dips are a great addition to a workout.

If your gym has a rock wall, do that w/o using your legs...and be sure to do it weighted. Its extremely effective!
yes. /
Look at people eat alot and do alot of wide grip pull/chins. I.E Marines, Navy SEALs.
Especially Navy SEALs. What do most of them have in common? Wide upper backs and big arms. Not so much chest on most of them, but that's because in those circles there's a focus on functional training, and to be honest, there's not many cases in life where you're going to be trapped under a bar :P. Not saying they have weak chests and bench, most of them seem to have decent chest size, just not as developed as their backs are.

Hahaha, yeah, but you don't say "excuse me fat person, can you lay in a horizontal position on me try to squeeze yourself into a long, bar-like circumference and excuse me while i Bench you up into the air, and then try to tip you over to get off of me" do you?
