no harm at all, I used mass gainer's to get my initial gains. I would probably be too full if I used it as a pre workout, I'd feel sick, but to each his own. Either way it won't hurt to use multiple kinds of protein shakes.

is it okay if i use why pre workout and mass gainer post workout??
I don't see a problem with it, I typically use whey protein for a post workout because it is a fast digesting protein... which is what you need for post workout. I would take your weight gainer some time earlier in the day or let it digest a little before your workout. I usually drank gainer shakes with breakfast and before bed.
I answered all your questions last night, I don't know why you are re-asking them. If you weren't going to take my advice you were better off not wasting your or my time.
WOW! yeah you do need to bulk.
If you must, drink the gainer in the morning. Then eat a small meal or light shake pre workout. Then have whey after workout.
I would suggest a real food bulk. It is way better than the packaged crap. Try pb, whole milk (chocolate is fine), oats, whey, olive oil, cereal. They all mix together well in a shake and taste great after a little experimenting. You can make a 1k calorie shake with little effort that goes down easy.
