i always eat almonds in 1oz the portion size.. about 17g of fat and 8g of protein..
and as long as you stick in your calories / macros for the day you will be fine.. you stress so much over your 6 pack

I actually dream about 6 packs.
I was actually flashing on the street... which is so illegal.
I hope almonds help me out.

a specific food choice wont help you out.. your overall diet, activity level, and genetics / metabolism will help you out.
but to say the least vary your food choices.. eat a variety and enjoy what you do / eat
Is this gonna give me 6 packs?

Why Almonds?
Because they are super healthy and super easy to eat period
and Fat doesnt make you fat and actually help you lose fat, is this correct?
I keep them by my bed... just eat enough so my tummy stops grumbling and I fall asleep. I am doing the LiveFit trainer so I am supposed to be eating egg whites before bed but I am way to lazy and sore to get up and cook at 10 at night.
