Chromium Chloride vs Chromium Picolinate?

My multivitamins have Chromium from Chromium Chloride (200 mcg). Would it still be recommended to use Chromium Picolinate? Are the two sources significantly different?

Are there any risks of toxic reactions or overdose if I take both (400 mcg total of Chromium)?

not at all, i believe u can go up to 1.2 mg without a problem. For fat loss u need atleast 600-800 mcg divided in the day to be effective. Works good for increasing insulin sensitivity and, surpisingly, acne
