my personal N.O fury review
Alright, I've gone through two tubs of N.O. Fury, I've gotten the gitters too. and also as well, if you take too much...well......'****' happens...haha.
But what i did notice, when i introduced it into my workout plan, I did in fact gain a lot of extra muscle in my arms and chest, and legs. But it was more upper-body to be precise. (pecs, bicepts and tricepts)
My workouts would be longer than usual while taking it, but i noticed the further into the tub i went, the less of that great energy burst I would feel. Lowered the dose to one scoop instead of 3/2 every second day fixed that.
The second tub of NO fury, I combined with Weider Mega Mass 4000, and a healthy eating schedule/diet and better fitness program, and I gained a ****load of muscle but managed to keep my body fat % to low counts.
(also i found that If i took the mega mass 4000 in the mornings, with N.O. fury, after I would get sick to the stomach;
So i switched to taking weider mega in the morning at breakfast, with a smaller breakfast meal, and took NO fury at night time, and did my workout at night time as well. Stomach sickness went away, and i kept gaining muscle.)
anyone else try mixing NO fury with other supplements? what about creatine? anyone?

Yeah, about N.O fury.... I have been taking it since Friday (7-31-09) and I have been having diarrhea nonstop. I mean NONSTOP. As far as I am concerned... I am not going to be taking this stuff anymore. But then again, all N.O stuff gives me the runs so...
