What links are you referring to? Once you fill out the black form on the page you should get an automated response with a link to download the pdf file. If you have any other problems jsut email me and I'll send it directly

I'm up to about page 100 at the moment. The intro confused me though because it thanked me for buying the book, was it once for sale or something?
You might want to edit this thread to say 'barbell' though because this also teaches barbell moves, double useful.

Thanks for the feedback, and you're right I should edit the thread and include barbell.
The eBook was and will be for sale again (normal price is 29.99), but we are offering it for free this month as a supplement to the eCourse we just launched. Let me know what you think once youre through it!
