Allmax Nutrition IsoFlex
Hey guys I was thinking of trying out Allmax IsoFlex as I've heard quite a few good things about it! If I were to start taking this, can I have three scoops a day? (One in the morning, one before workout, one after workout). I'm trying to get a high protein intake, about 1 gram per lbs of my body weight. My ultimate goal is to drop 8% body fat and put on some muscle. Thanks for any feedback :)

It is a great choice for an isolate and you can take as much as you want per day to fill in nutritional gaps and supplement your daily protein needs, with whole foods being the main source. I have multiple scoops of protein per day myself.

IsoFlex is good.
IMO get the Chocolate - it has chocolate chips in it and has a great macro profile. I tried the banana flavor and wasn't a fan.

Alright cool I appreciate the feedback

Actually, since whey is food, whey = food.

I'd look for a cheaper alternative if I were you. IsoFlex is damn expensive.
I'd look for a cheaper alternative if I were you. IsoFlex is damn expensive.
I'm currently using some cheaper stuff from Wal-Mart. I wanted to try something new of better quality. Any suggestions for a cheaper alternative to IsoFlex?

Isoflex is one of the best man! Cannot go wrong, Choc PB and Choc Mint are my favorite flavors.
3 Scoops a day is a bit much. Not going to hurt you any, but will become quite expensive. 90% of your protein should come from whole foods.
I take one scoop Choc PB Isoflex post workout. Days I do not train, I do not have a shake.

This is a delicate topic, but the OPs use of the stacked papers icon is reprehensible
-
choc pb isoflex is tasty stuff, but it's pricey if you use it as an every day (or 3 time a day!) whey.
I reserve it for when I need to pound back a really quick shake and don't have a lot left in my macros (it's barely got any fat/carbs and packs 27g protein)
Also makes great sludge bars.

Strong bump, has anyone been successful in cooking/baking with Isoflex?
