i want to have a David Beckham type of body, please help
Hi. First of all, i know i cant have the same body as Beckham. All i want is a body thin and lean like David Beckham or Brad Pitt in movie: Snatch. I dont want big muscles and bulky look. I want to have a thin, small muscled (toned), lean and somewhat ripped body. What kind of a workout program and nutrition plan should i follow? I think i need a HIIT program because football players do lots of that on pitch, what do you say? Thanks all :)
