Okay im thinking about starting with 5x5 strength workout program im fairly skinny more like a lot skinny and i wanna get ride of this freakin girl curves i have i wanna fill up my sides get more muscles on my arms
And im not that quite strong i recover fast but it seems like im not getting stronger will starting of with 5x5 workout get me muscle mass as well if i do all balls out on it for like 3 months then start focusing on muscle groups
