How long should you not eat before sleeping??
I try to eat every 2-3 hours to keep my metabolism up and going... but I try not to eat for about 5 hours before sleeping because my cousin said it was bad for you, and i trust her because she's a doctor... but she's not a nutritionist so i'm sure you guys probably know better than her, if you go longer than 3 hours without eating your body starts to eat your muscle for sustenance and i CAN'T afford to lose any more muscle.. so how long do you guys think i should not eat before sleeping?? these days i eat my last meal at about 9.. and go to sleep at about 2 or 3... I'm sure im LOSING muscle like this and i don't want that.. but i'm afraid if i eat closer to when i sleep, i may add fat... HELP ME :(
