not sure what to do. we have this website at my school and its really hard to track food because i have no idea what the serving size is im putting on my plate. How much harder is to be on a bulk and gain muscle when im not counting my food intake

lol it's impossible to keep track in college/uni (srs)
lost 10lbs because of chitty diet since start of uni.. it's only been 3 months and i lost all my gains, feelsbadman
Do what i do: underestimate the calories and try to grab the biggest portion. For example, when i go to grab chicken breast i grab a large piece instead of a small piece. If im eating fries listed at around 240 calories, i count it as 200 calories. This way, u r more likely to overeat instead of undereat.
I gained 9 lbs from the food there lol
Uhhh food scale....not even once...??
I dont track my food. Just dont eat **** and what can go wrong (srs) You should know by serving size how much is too little/too much.
