Not to be offensive but is your diet poor enough to warrant the supplementation of a B-complex and calcium? You can obtain most of your B vitamins through diet alone (eat more meat) and calcium comes from eating foods such as dark, green leafy vegetables, (e.g. spinach) and most dairy products.
If you eat a lot of fatty fish like salmon, you also don't really need fish oil. But fatty fish is pretty expensive.
And if your diet was pretty spot on as far as micronutrients are concerned, the multi-vitamin might not even be necessary.

If your diet does not give you sufficient EFA's or micronutrients, then all you need is a multivitamin and fish oil. None of that other stuff is necessary.
you're 16 and you're worrying about supplements?????
just eat w/e the fuk you want and worry about that later, you're still growing.
supplements are just that. they are used to supplement a good diet. so get a good diet going first.
