Super Saiyan Crew
The group will be just for motivational help. Once we have a few people we can get some
*motivational vids and quotes goin down in here.
*& Follow some workout journals and give some healthy crit.
-Help a brah out by repping them when ever I can
- Outspoken, determined, and dedicated for self improvement and always trying to help others to keep up and push each other past there natural genetics.
-Keep each other on there ROUTINE.
Workout test to join is the "300 Spartan" workout in less than 30 mins. Once complete put "Super Saiyan Crew" in your sig
Only requred for Super Saiyans. If you cant do the workout put "Saiyan Crew" in your sig instead
Pullups - 25 reps
Barbell Deadlift with 135 lbs. - 50 reps
Pushups - 50 reps
24-inch Box Jumps - 50 reps
Floor Wipers - 50 reps
Single-Arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps
Pullups - 25 reps

Also If your not wanting to do the above workout the minimum requirements to join would be a 1RM of dead lift, squat, and bench press equal or above 140% of your body weight.
145 = 203+
150= 210+
160= 224+
170= 238+
180= 252+
190= 266+
-You cant be in more than 5 crews.

Your right there should be a "weight" limit workout aswell for power lifters. this should go by a % of there body weight tho. Whats a good 1? %140?
That would mean someone of 145 would have to lift about 203 lbs.
so Must DEADLIFT, Squat, and BenchPress at least %140 of your body weight.
145 = 203+ for squat, dead lift and Bench
150= 210
160= 224
170= 238
180= 252
190= 266
