are people serious when they ask this question? wouldnt it be common sense to flex when you measure?
read mixed opinions on it. Some places say to measure unlfexed, but then i heard ifbb pros measure flexed not sure what to think.
flexing
k i guess that means i'm 17 then, thx.
yeah its felxing obviously cause think about it wouldent u rather say u have 17 inch guns instead of saying u have 16....its not like its a lie
well i do unflexed, but that is that is just how my fitness class did it so i continued to see my gains on the same level istead of 5 months unflexxed then the rest flexedi dont get a whole lot bigger with flex maybe from 13.5 to 14 max

17 flexed is a pretty good size, lol measuring flexed and unflexed makes a big diff to me, when i flex my arms get 3 inches bigger

yeah i know. but honestly..think about it, if you measured unflexed than a nice peak would mean jack ****.
flexed, on the part of ur arm with the largest measurement. [/thread]

see that's the thing. Different people's arms change different amounts when they flex. I also hear mixed responses from people. I personally measure unflexed. My measurement goes up about 2.25 inches when I flex. Other people's may only go up one inch or less.

just cant bring myself to do it man. Unless I can keep my weight the same but drop the body fat somehow which I dont know if its even possible to cut body fat without losing actual mass and weight. If I lose any weight I'd screw myself for football next year.
