<5'8" >5'11"
body building? yeah probably about 5"8. im 157 pounds and my right tricep is already starting to get to the point where im might stop going up in weight with it.
but im not trying to body build, im trying to be athletic as my whole world revolves around sports.
i love my body and all, but i would much rather be around 6ft so i could become stronger and remain lean
I personally wouldnt want to grow any taller. at 5'11 im at the upper reaches of it.
anything over that you gotta work harder to *look* as big as someone shorter.
like, a guy thats 5'6 with 18 inch arms, would look bigger, than a guy who is 6'1 with 18 inch arms

wat
Plus doesn't being shorter give you an advantage when doing deadlifts?
LOL I'm 5' 6 LOL. Never realised about my heights in feet/inches because we are used to centimetres.

yeah kind of an oxymoron, but taller people have better opportunities, especially in sports. being able to dunk and ****. even though i SWARE if i work at it, i'd be able to dunk in maybe a year and a half to two years. once i reach my desired weight i may try air alert
this is what kinda sucks about being 6'1"-6'2"...im strong, have nice sized arms but since my damn arms are so long( my wingspan is way taller than my body height) they dont look as big as they really are.

This, being too tall means you have to put on a shitload of muscle but you'll still get outmassed by the shorter guys, but on the other hand if you are too short you'll just be dwarfed on stage.

Example of to tall joel stubbs example of to short lee priest
I've always thought Arnold Schwarzenegger had the ideal height for bodybuilding, about 6'1, 6'2.
Being tall and jacked may take longer but it looks better than being a jacked manlet.
