I was wondering what you guys thought if one were to perform a refeed using only oats as their carb source (about 8 cups to be exact). The rest of the food coming from lean protein sources like chiken, ect.
The reason I ask is b/c I have read that you need to keep fat intake at a minimum, but oats contain a little bit of fat per serving. Let me know what you all think.
