Supplements to help erectile dysfunction?

I'm 22 and I have suffered from ED my whole life. I have trouble getting it up or when I do get it up it is brief and not as hard for penetration. I've used Cialis it worked great for awhile but I noticed it has been becoming less effective and it is expensive. I hope this is the right area to discuss certain supplements or herbs.
I've been reading a lot online to get and find some ideas regarding what to take and in what dosages. Today I picked up a couple things and began taking:

2/28/13 Zinc 30mg (stopped taking, Adam's provides 30mg and Testo provides 9-13mg of zinc)

3/1/13 30-60 minute exercise (running, jump roping, lifting)
3/2/13 American Ginseng 1g
3/2/13 Pycnogenol 60mg

3/X/13 Ginko (Yet to get)

Strawberries
Oranges
Bananas
Pineapple

Holy **** I'm taking so much stuff lmao kind of concerned about that....
I don't expect to get immediate results but over time would this be beneficial to maintaining or getting it up?
Anything you could recommend would be appreciated.

I woke up today with morning wood for about 30 minutes after taking all this stuff for one day. Maybe a coincidence? I wasn't expecting immediate results but so far so good. I'll probably get to test it in the bedroom tonight or sometime this weekend, so I'll update my post after that.
I ran/walked haven't done exercise in a long time but it's a start. Did some jump roping, jumping jacks and push ups along with pull ups. Need to start lifting now... I've got some bowflex weights I can use until I rejoin the gym. I'm not overweight if anything my body is pretty athletic and I need to gain then cut/tone up.
Tried wacking off (Which I never do, If I wack off it's 1-2 times a month if even. I prefer the real deal) Had little to no trouble getting it up and keeping it starting to believe the supplements are helping or I have anxiety around this girl in the back of my mind. Will keep updating as I go along to share for others like me! :).
I have had a physical in September 2012 I think and everything came back within normal ranges. I was also nerve tested and was told I have had no nerve damage. I am thinking of getting another physical and seeing a urologist to discuss causes. I know the current supplements / herbs take time to build up in the body, so I don't expect to be able to perform this weekend like I want to try. I'll still give it a go if the opportunity comes though.
