Agreed, you're around 7-8%, definitely.
u reckon im 7-8%? kool. thanx man.
Yeah I think around that. Look at your veins and definition, I am a ways from that and I think am I 10ish. BTW, online ones use weight, and height as factors, so I think your muscle mass will put that % off.
And yeah, you look like a ****ing psycho in that picture.
yeah i do look like a bit of psycho! im not, trust me. (or i will kill you.)
dude you are ripped to the bone already, there is no need to go any lower unless you are getting ready for a comp
you are way too hung up on a number...

Holy cow! Hmmm... what you trying to do? Steal my title of "Abdominator"? :D
Excellent definition, my friend. Keep up the good work!
The best way to "lower" your bodyfat percentage at this point is to gain more muscle mass. Losing anymore fat might not be possible, and still remain healthy. Remember, you're already thin, so in that respect you're carrying less bodyfat than an average bodybuilder your height. So focus on gaining another 5-10 lbs. of muscle mass, and by virtue of your change in muscle:fat ratio, your bodyfat percentage will be "lower". (ie. same amount of bodyfat, but more muscle, by comparison).
- Skip :)

haha, yah, I'm kind of suprised I recognized you, but I knew you looked familiar so I just checked 6packnow and I was right. Anyways, you look good man, like you said, gaining muscle mass is what you should do. I think your weakest point right now is your chest, but your arms and abs look good.

He's not that skinny, man. Some people don't strive to be big just for the sake of being big. He's ripped and he helps defines the term 'muscular'.
Just for the record, most people who walk around with muscle shirts who have absolutely no definition would love to look like this guy, but the fact is, they tout their "you're skinny" bull**** around because they either genetically can't do it, or they are too lazy or don't want to stop drinking beer all day.
And to say it's a "nasty" look is uncalled for. Most girls prefer muscular over soft. So you keep keep your 18% body fat and leave the pretty girls for this guy.
But having said all that, that is a pretty scary picture, dude!

thanx man! respect.
(and yeah it is a little scary aint it!)
why do you want to achieve some arbitrary number for your bodyfat %? you're lean. you look good. if you find out that you're actually 7%, will that change anything other than your perception and how much you can pound your chest?
anyway, if you want to create change, you have to institute change.
