hmm..
i am getting farts that are BURNING my ass and these are NOT protein farts... they are burning my butt and hurting me, has anyone experienced this and is there a solution...it smells good but doesnt feel good. *ouch*
i did go to an italian restaurant yesterday so that might have contributed to this, not sure, but i am more concerned about a solution.
Spicy food is usually the culprit I find. Chili does it to me alot, and so does my homemade cacciatore sauce (i put lotsa cayanne pepper in it).

You must have been doing something wrong before now if your farts were painless.
Eat more hot peppers, curry, garlic, cabbage, beans, grapes, beer and sausages. This will make things right for you and the ones you love.
